Our bodies are constantly giving us messages about everything we experience. It does this by giving us energy when we feel good about something and weak around anything that stresses us (remember how you felt the last time you really did not want to do something).
Kinesiology taps into that dialogue with what is called muscle monitoring. If the body feels stressed on a physical, emotional or chemical level, muscle monitoring can give precise information on where that stress is held and how it needs to be cleared.


Kinesiology understands that we experience everything with our thoughts and our feelings. This is known as our mind/body connection.
